Library renovations for spring semester near completion

Renovations for Olivet University's William Carey Library that began late last year are expected to be completed in time to greet new and returning students beginning classes for the 2005 spring semester.

The new library will feature expanded book collections encompassing a plethora of subjects to serve students from all of the university's five colleges. The layout of the new library will allow users to quickly find needed study and research materials. Students will also benefit from the conducive study environment the renovated library will provide with the help of newly purchased study tables and chairs.

Perhaps one of the most exciting additions to the William Carey Library will be its upgraded Computer Lab. Additional computer stations are being set up to ensure all Olivet University students have the technological resources they need to keep a step ahead and transform the world as the future leaders.

In addition to its campus library, Olivet University is also in the process of improving its online e-library which contains over 20,000 books, 24,000 articles, and 3,400 streamable sermons.
